Due to the nature of our bottled food products, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the wrong product is delivered due to an ATS team error.
In the event of courier mishandling that results in a deformed parcel (such as the packaging box), returns will not be honored unless the product itself has been damaged or broken. If the product is damaged, the following conditions apply:
- Returns must include proof of damaged products, with an unboxing video and photos clearly showing the damaged goods.
- The return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery receipt confirmation from the courier.
Refunds will be subject to approval after a quality inspection of the returned items. If the product does not meet these conditions, a return or refund will not be processed.
