When you’re craving something bold, buttery, and packed with heat, nothing satisfies like Cajun Shrimp and Crawfish tossed in a rich Louisiana Spicy sauce.This quick and easy seafood dish brings all the deep, smoky flavors of the South straight to your table — juicy shrimp, tender crawfish, and savory sausages all coated in a buttery, garlicky, fiery Cajun sauce!

Ingredients:
500g shrimp, cleaned and deveined
500g mussels, cleaned (optional)
300g crawfish
1 stick (½ cup) butter
1 head garlic, minced
2-3 pieces smoked sausage, sliced
1 cup Cajun Seafood Sauce (Louisiana Spicy)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Boil the seafood. Clean shrimp and boil just until cooked — do not overcook as they will continue cooking later in the sauce. Boil mussels and crawfish too until done.
2️⃣ Set aside. Drain and set aside the boiled seafood while you prepare the sauce.
3️⃣ Prepare the Cajun butter base. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, then add the sliced sausages. Cook until slightly browned.
4️⃣ Bring the heat! Add in your Cajun Seafood Sauce (Louisiana Spicy). Stir well to combine everything into a bold, spicy, buttery base.
5️⃣ Toss and coat. Toss in the boiled shrimp and crawfish. Stir gently until everything is fully coated with the sauce and heated through.
