What is the Return and Exchange Policy?At ATS, we prioritize food safety and quality. All products are packed securely to prevent damage or contamination, following strict protocols to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Rest assured, the products delivered to you meet the highest standards of care. Due to the nature of our bottled food products, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the wrong product is delivered due to an ATS team error. In the event of courier mishandling that results in a deformed parcel (such as the packaging box), returns will not be honored unless the product itself has been damaged or broken. If the product is damaged, the following conditions apply: Returns must include proof of damaged products, with an unboxing video and photos clearly showing the damaged goods. The return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery receipt confirmation from the courier. Refunds will be subject to approval after a quality inspection of the returned items. If the product does not meet these conditions, a return or refund will not be processed.

Can I send my order as a gift?Yes, you can send your order as a gift. To do so, simply include the gift delivery instructions during the checkout process. Additionally, if you require a special delivery arrangement, we offer services through Lalamove or Grab (only within Metro Manila and GMA). For these special deliveries, please reach out to us via our messaging platforms to receive detailed instructions and information about the applicable special arrangement and delivery fees. This allows us to ensure your gift is delivered smoothly and promptly. Lead-time is 2 days prior delivery.
